Aligning Hope ABA Therapy Clinic — Frequently Asked Questions
What does the pediatric feeding / behavioral feeding therapy program entail, and what ages are served?
Our behaviorally rooted pediatric feeding program addresses selective eating, food refusal, and related mealtime challenges using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles in a supportive, play-based environment. Services begin with a comprehensive BCBA-led feeding assessment to identify skill deficits, food repertoire, mealtime routines, and environmental triggers. From that assessment we develop an individualized treatment plan with measurable goals, progress monitoring, and caregiver training. Day-to-day implementation is provided by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA supervision. Therapy can be delivered in-center, in-home, or via a hybrid model so care fits family routines. The program is designed for pediatric clients—children and adolescents—and emphasizes graduated exposure, reinforcement-based strategies, and parent coaching so gains generalize to home mealtimes.
Are your BCBAs board-certified, and how can families verify their credentials?
Yes. Our clinical programs are developed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). In addition to national BCBA certification, our clinicians hold state licensure where applicable (licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri). Families may request to review the supervising BCBA’s credentials and state license information during intake; our team maintains up-to-date certification and licensure records and will share the relevant documentation and supervisor information as part of the intake and assessment process.
How is pricing structured for ABA services, and do you offer insurance assistance or payment options?
We provide a free consultation and free estimates to outline recommended services and expected care models (in-home, center-based, or hybrid). The clinic offers insurance verification and authorization assistance for SoonerCare/Medicaid, commercial plans, and Tricare to help families understand coverage and authorization requirements. Pricing depends on the individualized treatment plan and service model; because coverage varies by payer and clinical needs, we begin with an intake assessment and estimate so families see a transparent plan and cost outline. We also serve military families with in-home ABA services in Lawton/Fort Sill and incorporate insurance coordination into those referrals.
